Events with The Smokey Cockpit Mobile Cigar Lounge

We provide a climate controlled 24' mobile lounge. Inside the lounge, we have a stocked humidor, barstool seating and lounge chairs. Weather permitting, we also provide outdoor seating for additional guests and patrons. Additionally, we provide the basic essentials for a great cigar experience to include ashtrays, lighters, and a great environment. 

We participate in many local events around the DFW Metroplex. Check our calendar for upcoming events and join us for a fun and memorable time.

Our mobile lounge is available for private events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, retirement parties,  charity events, and much more!

We want to help you customize your event to ensure the best possible cigar experience.  

Customizable options include but are not limited to: 

• Custom cigars 
• Open cigar bar - Brands and selection can be limited as well as setting a max limit. Additional deposit required and pricing will vary.
• A-la-carte cigar bar - Guest pay for their own cigars
• Lounge can be decorated for your event

Base Price:

• $400
  • Includes set-up, up to 4 hours for the event, and teardown
    • We do require access to the event venue a minimum of 1 hour prior to the event start and 1 hour after the event for teardown and clean-up.
    • Each additional hour is $100
    • Does not include cigars. Cigars can purchased as a package and/or ala carte(guest purchased).
    • Access with the truck and trailer are essential.

• Mileage beyond ~50 miles of 75115 (Desoto, TX) - $1.50 per mile (Some exceptions may apply)
• Cigar packages
  • Pricing varies based on cigar selection. 
  • 50% deposit on cigars required a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event.
  • All boxes purchased for the event remain the property of the host.
  • Accessories can also be included in cigar packages.
    • Accessories to consider are lighters, cutters and ashtrays.
• Trailer decoration
  • Host can decorate the trailer to suit the event. 
  • We will assist with decorating, but decorations are the responsibility of the host.

• Setup Fee $25
  • Includes design and laser set-up
  • Final design to be approved prior to running
• Diode Laser - $0.40 per minute of run-time
  • Wood, leather, plastic, other softer materials
  • Run-time determined by size, material, level of detail
• IR Laser - $0.55 per minute of run-time
  • Metal, glass, other non-porous materials
  • Run-time determined by size, material, level of detail
