Our Atmosphere
At The Smokey Cockpit, we strive to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our customers. We bring the lounge and cigars to you.
We provide a climate-controlled mobile lounge with a capacity of holding 8+ people comfortably inside the trailer. Weather permitting, we can provide additional seating outside.
Relax inside the climate controlled lounge or enjoy the sun on the back patio.
Challenge your friends to a game of chess over a cigar and cocktail on the back porch.
Our Cigar Selection
We strive to carry the most in-demand cigars available to us. Oliva, Montecristo, Drew Estate, Diesel, Perdomo, and My Father are just a few of the cigar choices we regularly carry in the lounge.
If you have a special cigar you want to serve for your event, please let us know. We have access to most manufacturers through our network.
Note that for special requests, we do ask for a minimum of 4 weeks notice.

Our lounge was founded in 2024 with the goal of creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone. We have since expanded our menu and services to accommodate the needs of our growing customer base.

We offer a wide range of services at The Smokey Cockpit, including VIP concert experiences, Weddings, golf tournaments, and much more. Our experienced staff are trained to provide the highest quality of service to our customers. We also offer private events for those who desire a more intimate experience.

Our team at The Smokey Cockpit consists of highly trained and experienced professionals who are passionate about providing our customers with exceptional service. We are committed to ensuring that our customers leave our lounge enjoying a great smoke, from the novice to the seasoned aficionado.
Events with The Smokey Cockpit Mobile Cigar Lounge
The basics of what we provide:
We provide a climate controlled 24' mobile lounge. Inside the lounge, we have a stocked humidor, barstool seating and lounge chairs. Weather permitting, we also provide outdoor seating for additional guests and patrons. Additionally, we provide the basic essentials for a great cigar experience to include ashtrays, lighters, and a great environment.
Local Events
We participate in many local events around the DFW Metroplex. Check our calendar for upcoming events and join us for a fun and memorable time.
Private Events
Our mobile lounge is available for private events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, retirement parties, charity events, and much more!

Options
We want to help you customize your event to ensure the best possible cigar experience.
Customizable options include but are not limited to:
- Custom cigars
- Open cigar bar - Brands and selection can be limited as well as setting a max limit. Additional deposit required and pricing will vary.
- A-la-carte cigar bar - Guest pay for their own cigars
- Lounge can be decorated for your event

Basic Event Pricing:
Base Price:
- $400
- Includes set-up, up to 4 hours for the event, and teardown
- We do require access to the event venue a minimum of 1 hour prior to the event start and 1 hour after the event for teardown and clean-up.
- Each additional hour is $100
- Does not include cigars. Cigars can purchased as a package and/or ala carte(guest purchased).
- Access with the truck and trailer are essential.
- Includes set-up, up to 4 hours for the event, and teardown
Add-ons:
- Mileage beyond ~50 miles of 75115 (Desoto, TX) - $1.25 per mile (Some exceptions may apply)
- Cigar packages
- Pricing varies based on cigar selection.
- 50% deposit on cigars required a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event.
- All boxes purchased for the event remain the property of the host.
- Accessories can also be included in cigar packages.
- Accessories to consider are lighters, cutters and ashtrays.
- Trailer decoration
- Pricing will vary based on event.
